1. Heated Gloves Questions and Answers

Q1: What is the material of the heated gloves?
Normally, most models are made of 55% polyester, 20% nylon, 20% polyurethane and 5% spandex. Some models may be in leather or goatskin.

Q2: How to use it?
1. The charger should be fully charged before first use. When the charger indicator changes from red to green, the battery is fully charged.
2. Connect the fully charged battery with the wire in the battery bag next to the gloves, put the battery in the battery bag and cover it.
3. Put on the gloves, long press the power button for 3 seconds for the first time, then short press the power button to adjust the temperature in turn. The light changes from advanced red to intermediate white, then to blue.
4. When the power runs out, take out the battery and use the charger that comes with this product to charge the battery until it is full.

Q3: What is the estimated heating time?
There are three levels of heating deflections:
●High: 140-150 F - 2-2.5 H
●Average: 122-131 F - 3-3.5 M
●Low: 100-113 F - 6-6.5 H

Q4: What are the end products included?

Q5:How to choose the size?
Try to measure the circumference of the widest palm of your hand, not including the thumb, then find the right size according to our size chart. If you are between two sizes, we recommend that you choose a larger size.

Q6: Are the fingers heated or only the back of the hand?
The heating zones cover the entire back of the hand, the five fingers and the tip of the five fingers.

Q7: Why do the gloves only heat up for 30 minutes and turn off when I use them for the first time?
As most batteries have not been fully charged, please charge them for 3-4 hours once you receive them.

Q8:Can I buy extra batteries?
Of course, we recommend that you buy them in our store, because they match our articles better.

Q9: Can I machine wash them?
Hand washing is recommended for added safety, just remove the battery while cleaning. If the product is machine washed, it is recommended to use a washing bag.

Q10:How to charge the battery?
Remove the battery from the gloves while charging and charge your batteries with the included charger kit at room temperature. Red light indicates charging is in progress. Green light indicates charging is complete.

Q1:What is the material of heated Socks?
It is made of 80% cotton, 12% polyester, 8% Elastane material.

Q2:Where is the heating elements?
Heating Elements Covers Instep and Toes Area（(Instep and toe area)） and it uses far infrared heating elements，can stimulate your blood circulation.

Q3:How can i use the temperature controller?
It has 3 Setting; Just long press the power button for 3 seconds for the first time, and then short press the power button to adjust the temperature . The light changes from red to white, and finally to blue. Normally the highest level can work about 6-8 hours , middle level can work 4-6 hours and the lowest level can also work 2-4 hours.We recommend you to get the battery full charged before using them.
