Return & Exchange Policy
- Sale items, final sale items and gifts cannot be exchanged.
- Items must be new and unworn, with tags attached, to be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
- We reserve the right to inspect and refuse any return if the item is not in its original condition (new and unworn, with tags).
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If you want an exchange within 30 days of order delivery, a flat rate shipping fee will be charged for sending the exchanged item.
Return & Exchange shipping
- If the consumer is at the origin of the return, the shipping costs are at his expense. The specific charges depend on the express shipping company you choose.
- If, for our own reasons, the goods received are damaged or incorrect, the consumer is not obliged to bear the shipping costs for this reason.
Procedure for returning goods
- Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number:
All returns must be accompanied by an RMA number to be processed. Contact your reseller or email firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
- Write the RMA number on the shipping label located on the outside of the package.
RMA numbers must be clearly indicated on the shipping label of any package returned to SAVIORHEAT. Do not write the RMA number on the box itself. Packages without an RMA number on the return label may not be accepted by our warehouse.
Undamaged products may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 30 days of purchase. Once the returned item arrives at SAVIORHEAT's warehouse for inspection, the refund process begins.

Money-back requests under the 30-day money-back guarantee expire 30 days after a warranty claim is opened. It is not possible to process a refund request for non-quality issues outside of this 30-day period.
