For products purchased from amazon.com, homedepot.com, walmart.com, ebay.com, woot.com or other authorized channels, please contact the original purchaser.

What does this warranty cover?

During the warranty period, if the original manufacturer of the product's materials or workmanship is found to be defective, SAVIORHEAT will (at its sole option) replace the product free of charge with the same or a comparable product.

Products and parts replaced under this warranty become the property of SAVIORHEAT and will not be returned to you. If products and/or parts require repair after the warranty period has expired, you must pay all labor and parts costs.

Warranty coverage terminates upon sale or transfer of the product.

What is not covered by the warranty?

This warranty does not cover

Improper use or installation.
Cosmetic damage and natural wear and tear, such as zippers, fabrics, etc.
Damage due to acts of nature. For example, lightning, tornadoes, etc.
Accidents.
Wrong use.
Neglect.
Commercial use.
Connection to incorrect supply voltage.
Attempting to have repairs/customizations carried out by anyone other than the approved organization.

SAVIORHEAT provides maintenance and not replacement:

Products are sold "as is" or with all faults declared.
Consumables, such as fuses or batteries.
Products whose factory-affixed serial number has been altered or removed.

Repair and replacement under this warranty is your sole remedy.
SAVIORHEAT is not liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from breach of any express or implied warranty on this product, including, but not limited to, loss of data, loss of use of your product, loss of business or loss of profits.

SAVIORHEAT makes no other express warranties with respect to the product, all express and implied warranties with respect to the product, including but not limited to all implied warranties and conditions of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the warranty period stated above and no warranties, express or implied, shall apply after the warranty period.

Some states, provinces and jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state or province to province.
